Measure your calf circumference using these steps:

  1. While seated or standing, plant your foot on the floor and relax your calf muscle.
  2. Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your calf which is usually the center and use the measurement to find your size.

Measure your ankle circumference to find your best fit:

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and weight distributed evenly between both feet.
  2. Wrap a flexible tape measure around the narrowest part of your ankle.
  3. Keep the tape close to your skin but don’t press in deeply to reduce your ankle measurement.
  4. Use the measurement where the two parts of the tape meet.
